Elaine Petrone Miracle Ball Method
By Mary Reed
No, the Miracle Ball Method will not enable you to walk on water, but it can help relieve pain associated with muscle tension.
Developed by Elaine Petrone in response to her own chronic pain, the method involves either one or two flexible four or five-inch diameter balls and a so-called un-exercise program that has you lying on the balls to relieve muscle tension. The method also incorporates deep breathing similar to that practiced in yoga.
In my own experience, after years of chronic back problems, lying on the balls relieved my stiffness (though not my pain) immediately. I must admit, that’s pretty miraculous after trying every treatment under the sun with little success. It’s a pretty small investment in a treatment that just might work for you.

recherche de cours
Bonjour,
Essayant de pratiquer votre méthode avec les balles magiques, je souhaiterais connaitre s'il existe des cours ou une formation en Haute-Savoie ou à proximité de Thonon les Bains ou Evian.
Dans cette attente,
Cordialement,

After the Balls
The Miracle Balls are great... for relaxing muscle tension. But then to maintain the relaxation you need to have balanced, aligned posture; that is, stacking the bones so that muscles are not needed to hold you up. Esther Gokhale (www.egwellness.com) shows the elements of good posture, and teaches simple techniques you can use in your daily life so you can maintain the relaxed, elongated state you achieve with the Miracle Balls. She also sells a "stretch-sit cushion" you can use in your car. It works!
